Social Responsibility
The realization of our responsibilities as a pharmaceutical company goes beyond providing products to its manufacturers. As one of the major pharmaceutical company in Nepal, we care about and understand the responsibility we have to our employees, clients, supply chain partners, the environment and community.
- Vijayadeep in co-ordination with Rotary International District 3292, Nepal and Jindal Steels & Power Company Ltd India has initiated the construction of Patan High School, the second oldest School of Nepal, which was destructed by the massive earthquake that occurred in April 25, 2015.
- Vijayadeep is contributing every year 0.05 to 0.10 paisa per tab on total annual sales of anti-hypertensive and antidiabetic drugs to the poor patients suffering from kidney disease in coordination with Being Human.
- Donation of medicines to poor patients through various NGO’s throughout the country.
- Development of drinking water and drainage construction at Harisiddhi Village,Lalitpur
- Organizing Anti hypertensive and Antidiabetic and General Health Camps in co-ordination with different hospitals all over the country.
- Contribution towards environment projects, School and maternity home construction at Bandipur.
- Scholarships to poor students, organized safe motherhood programmes and donated book to libraries in various schools of Lalitpur, Rajbiraj and Saptari
- Sponsorship’s of CME’s, Seminars and Workshops etc.
